Fitness

Fitness is an integral part of BJJ and all martial arts training, as well as an important part of all our lives. We encourage our students to attend ABQ BJJ's fitness classes to gain strength, core stability and cardiovascular fitness. These classes are open as well to the general public and many non-BJJ students attend these classes just to increase their levels of general fitness. We emphasize strength training, cardiovascular fitness and and core strength. Classes will be tailored to your individual level of fitness. We train elite athletes to stroke victims and all levels in between in our state of the art facility. Classes held daily.
